I’ve never been  particularly a big fan of Lenny Kravitz.  He’s put out some great tunes but nothing that really “grabbed” me.  After seeing this I might have to revisit that opinion, or, I have to at least admit that he seems like one helluva cool guy.

This is just plain awesome. How much are you loving it if you’re in that school choir?? I’m pretty sure this is the stuff dreams are made of!  BTW, that guitar player is pretty damned talented in his own right! Shred man!!

But I did manage to sit through most of it. Srsly, who buys this stuff?  Is there rarely a market for fat suburban guys who like to hack-n-slash? I mean, for the RenFest, sure. But these guys stink of “weekend warrior.” I’ll bet they were bracelets that say “WWCC?” (What Would Conan Chop?).

And, really, they put meant IN the boots? First, when was the last time you heard of a cowboy getting into a sword fight? Second, we got the hint with the side of beef. Stuffing sirloin into a pair of shitkickers was really just overkill.

It’s going to be a SLAMMED week around mi casa. One of our lead developers at work is on vacation and we’ve got projects lined up like mad.  Plus I’ve got some side projects that I have got to make some headway on ASAP.  Add into the mix the fact that we’re playing car-roulette for the week (it’s like chat roulette, except not really anything like it at all and without all random dude parts in your face!) and you can imagine that Friday can’t get here fast enough.

All that to say, I’ve got some blog posts kicking around in my brain. I’m just hoping I have time to spit them out. Traffic seems to be normalizing a bit A.K. (After Kat) so we’ll see how many new readers have stuck around.

I found this at Publix tonight. Srsly. If it wasn’t for the ridiculous $12.99 price tag I totally would have bought it. Although, I guess that’s really only $1.30 per plague. What a bargain!
